Micky just posted a "Chuckwalla" lap time about about 5.6 seconds faster than anyone here, in his C6 Z06. This might not be as easy as it sounds when we are just bench racing.

FINALLY you submitted your resume. I'd vote for you.

    I corrected your resume

To be honest the story will be a lot more entertaining if TrackHQ.com wins the challenge. The reality here is this will be a fun event for all, also all are welcome to come and run on Sat & Sun before the event.

The magazine is looking to do some more stories on the cars the TrackHQ.com members drive on track.

I will post updates if there are any changes in the cars the magazine.

    CORRECTED

So it's on a Monday? Then the weekend of Sept. 25 & 26 and the weekend of Oct. 16 & 17 are the only opportunity the drivers selected by trackHQ will have to practice. There is also a Wed. Sept. 8 lapping day listed on their calendar, but I think Micky said he is cancelling all the mid-week dates.

Unfortunately, Sept. 25 & 26 is a SpeedVentures weekend at Buttowillow with the Corvette Challenge on Sat., and the Miata and S2000 Challenges on Sun.

Here's the Sept. Chuckwalla registration linky for both days, but you can drive just one if you want for $150, I think.

September 25th/26th Chuckwalla Valley Raceway : STAR Car Sports - Track Events for cars at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway.

Oct. Reg. October 16th/17th Chuckwalla Valley Raceway : STAR Car Sports - Track Events for cars at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway.

Wow, I didn't even notice I passed 4,000 posts here.

It's a conspiracy! Thanks Manly. There is still a small chance that date will become open for me, assuming that I would even make the cut.
