Miata's have bolt on hardtops and corvettes can be modified so their tops bolt on and off. Since you have seen it all with your pro racing stuff can you tell me about some hardware that could make the top quickly removable like giant dzus fasteners or modified hood pins?

I'm not sure you would want something that is quickly removable. It seems like that would become a safety hazard in the event of a wreck. It doesnt take that long to undo 4-6 bolts. Maybe some Aero catch hood pins?

You must be putting in some serious hours. Everytime I check in, I see so much progress.

Enjoying this build thread, thanks for sharing.

If this was my car I would have a hard time explaining to people that I put a Ford Fusion engine in my track car to make it faster without getting some weird looks. On that related note, does the Ford Ecoboost 2.0L crate motor bolt in the NC?

Or part of a safety system as in quick access for rescue workers if the cage is designed as if the car was open.

I'm sorry I spaced on that. That is wet. Lots of weight in fluids as the radiator is so big.

soon...ish I am waiting on all the wiring to come in for the car. Almost everything but that will be in and done by the time the harness shows up.
