...you only compete at an amateur level but think you are too good to run a sticker of a forum of which you are an avid user, & also whom of which put up the prize money for the event.

You consistently late break to pass car on freeway transition ramps or the police give you a warning for taking the corner too fast

...at least 50% of your "vehicle fleet" is non-operational or undergoing "upgrades" and repairs.
...you sometimes wonder "if I actually spent all the time and energy I spend in racing doing actual work I could probably be rich"
...sometimes, specially when running out of money you think "i wish i liked tennis or golf, like my brother... **** this ****"

That doesn't make you a racer. That makes you good at concealing from your wife what you are really doing.

There's nothing wrong with repetition. Sometimes you just have to hammer people over the head until they get it.

P.S. They didn't just put up the prize money for his event, he WON it.

You time your freeway entry to catch the draft of the car in front of you.

... if you are constantly wondering what other things you can do without, just so you can go racing.

If you figure, this has to kill me sometime, so why do I need a retirement fund?

You go the long way to work so you can catch all your favorite turns.

You spend more time reading and coming up with new things to post on this thread. Then doing the things you should be doing around the house.

you change a random persons flat in 5 min because you always have your tool bag and light weight jack in the trunk.

you realize that if you double the indicated speed for a corner that is the proper speed in which to take said corner.

your driving a little to fast in the rain, hydroplain and while full lock sideways looking at the center devider. In your head, you start going through your inventory of body parts you'll need to fix the car.

"Nah, I got this. Tons of space on a freeway."
