Default Where the Z guys at? Buying advice needed.

2010 Touring Roadster w/Sport pkg and Nav... 18k mile car, 2k mile motor that will eventually be replace by some blown LSx... $32k..

    Good deal?

    Good car?

    They burn oil?

I need a new daily. The E55 just ticked 90k. I figure I sell the race car and both will be paid off.

Seems like it would be a fun little car if you double the power.

But, I drove the Z and researched the LSx swap and now i'm like 50/50 on saying f it.. dumping the MB and the race car and head for the 60k range with a CTS-V, grand sport vert or 2010 GT-R.

You've got some expensive taste! I'd get a miata, log the snot out of your engine and go back to racing.

Anymore. Until you change your mind and go racing again.

Considering all that and your propensity for a car like the MBZ, and I'd go for the GT-R. Serious technology and you like that.

the 370 chassis and suspension geometry is WAY better then 350z, and fits really big wheel and tire, im my opinion a perfect car for a LS swap(something i want to do with my 370 eventually too) but even with the stock V6, with some bolt ons it goes pretty solid and fun on track. car needs a aftermarket oil cooler if you plan to do anything track related in it( car doesnt have any oil cooler what so ever from the factory)

Ryan just put a new LS6 in his T1 car. He should just come out and race that. We all miss him at the local races. WSIR double national is in two weeks!

Is he going to let Brinkop and Kelley take his track record there. Only Ryan knows....

Because clint only beats his wife behind closed doors, keeps his gold chain in the safe deposit box, and shaves his chest/back hair above his collar.

As someone who has done a lot of these things, I definitely don't recommend buying a new car with the sole intention of doing an engine swap

^ in that case the OEM V6 in the 370 gets the job done, my car with bolt-ons makes 325-330whp on a dynojet, not LS power but the car is no slouch, especially on track

have one already... but for street? interior rattles, nav sucks, amenities aren't so good, and I wouldn't want to beat on it at the track... expendables cost too much and if I blow up a $65k GS Vert, i'd be bummed...

a Z on the other hand...
