Default Update on Porsche Track/Event Center in Carson

Will "Beach City Richard" buy a Porsche for lunch breaks? Or will they allow more plebian vehicles to rub bumpers with the pampered Porsche crowd?

Don't look for any SpeedVentures event at this (proposed) track anytime soon . . .

Seriously, less than a mile should make SOW look like the Nordschleife.

That's the stupidest thing you have ever said here . . .

Comparing Nordschleife to SoW? That's like comparing the Red Bull F1 car to Burgoon's Miata.

LOL! That is a great contrast. Maybe the P-bug center could be cool for auto-x or drifting . SOW is barely a decent roadcourse and some would rightly arugue with me on that.

Thanks Richard, I love you too...
I was talking about length, SOW is 1.7 miles or so which is short, but compared to this one it's probably going to feel huge

I think that those of us with cars roughly the size of a go-kart enjoy SOW more than most...

Watch out, putting "SOW" and "enjoy" in the same sentence will lend you a spot in the sheriff's Black notebook.
I actually don't enjoy SOW nearly as much anymore, the repave ruined it for me.

SoWS is my favorite track. I think it is one of the best tracks in the country.

Rumors say there was a debate about holding the US F1 race there instead of COTA.
