Mustang drivers: shorts with grease stains, torn t-shirt with BBQ sauce stain, mismatched socks, old running shoes. 6 pack of Pabst Blue Ribbon in the mini fridge.

What happened to the Miata drivers?
    Fruit hanging too low?

    No challenge at all?

White yuppies that brought the girl from the club last night to the track with them. She's still in the same clothes.

If more than 3 of them ever tracked their car, it might be worth mentioning

BMW drivers: Always spinning, crashing into things, off course constantly; M owners must own a M labeled polo, tee, or jacket

Corvette drivers: helmets are usually one size too big, to house those egos; Must own a checkered flag shirt or the corvette logo shirt, absolutely required.

BMW drivers are in two categories, to me:

    Newer model drivers ('01+):

Wearing clothing with M Tech colors on them.
Aloof, trying to hide the curiosity about other cars that passed them the last session while in the paddock.
Front half of their cars were painstakingly covered in painter's tape (to protect the paint, but nevermind the car is daily driven on freeways 20 miles)

Older model drivers (00 and older):

Grizzly performance modifications. Some good, some not so much.
Aloof, trying to hide the curiosity about other cars that passed them the last session while in the paddock.
Brings an unusual amount of tools to make repairs.

evo/sti owners Build 500+whp street car with no safety equipment in preparation for their first track day ever. Goes 2 full seconds faster around SOW than a spec miata proceeds to gloat about being faster than a race car.

evo/sti owners are also the most likely to blame a lack of power for not going faster.

S2K drivers wear t-shirt and shorts.....
-Think their car is more fun to drive than a Z06
-Spend roughly equal amount of time on track and exactly on line as backwards in the dirt

    Cadillac drivers
-Mostly hang out in the pits with their buddies talking about better brakes & cooling

    Vette drivers
-Don't like being followed too closely

    SRF drivers
    -Are serial killers

    endurance racers
    -Never go off
    -Never dive bomb
    -Never bump draft
-Return the car without a scratch

    sprint racers
    -Always go off
    -Always dive bomb
    -Always bump draft
-Bring back a car with new bodywork modifications

    Alfa Club racers
    -Love their Miatas

    FWD drivers
    -Think FWD is fun

    GTR drivers
-Can't drive worth a damn, but no one can tell because the car is so fats and drives itself

    Evo drivers
-Saving for a bigger turbo to go on their new, new engine

    Miata drivers
-Usually the best drivers at the track
-Drove car to track and slept in it
    -Eating ramen

Newer BMW drivers and their unnecessary obsession with cellophane all over the front of their cars always makes me smile…

    MINI drivers:

Always want to "Hard Park", waves at other MINI drivers , and goes to bar gets tipsy and wants to drive afterwards.

If nothing happens and there is no one around why did it not happen?

GTR drivers: Talk about how much faster their lap times would be on 18" wheels due to better tire selection, but refuse to get 18" wheels because the 20s look so good.

RX-anything drivers -- "What?! Speak up! Can't hear ya!"

FRS/BRZ drivers -- "What do you mean we're not allowed to drift?"

Caterham 7 drivers -- (if it's cold out) "Damn, it's freezing out!" (If it's hot) "Got any sunscreen?"

Alfa Club Racers -- Love their MR2s.

Miata drivers -- "Why would anyone race anything else?"

C7 Z06 drivers -- "Got a couple of decent laps. Then I got towed in."

Porsche Cup Car drivers -- "My transmission costs more than your whole car."

TrackHQ drivers -- "That is how I drive ... flat out."
