Same betting pool ? $20 a pop. Winner takes it all ?
Or winner takes 2/3, runner up get 1/3 ?

What channel are the races broadcasted on this year?

NVM Wiki says its NBC sports network. TWC San Gabriel appears to be 267 / 469 HD, with the last 4 races to be broadcasted on free NBC.

A $20 buy in and and either payout option seems good to me.

First year F1 on a new network is going to suck. Probably no TV coverage of most of the races in the first half of the season at least.
