Default Suggestions for Computer Simulator for Nuburgring

I may be taking a one day detour to the Nurburgring on a forthcoming European vacation. In the meantime, I will need a lot of interactive laps for my old brain to learn the track line.

    1. Best machine: xbox 360 or Playstation?

    2. Best game for the Nurburgring: Forza 4 (X Box) or GT 6 (Playstation)?

    3. Steering wheel and pedals: Less expensive options will be given careful consideration.

    4. Is Willow Springs only available on GT 6?

    Thanks . . .

I think Forza 5 (Xbox One) has the best Nurburgring implementation, at least in consoles (idk about PC sims).

Gran Turismo 6 is the only game I know that has Willow Springs (Big Willow). It also has Streets of Willow (CW, but you can run disable the HUD and run it backwards CCW).

GT6 on PS3, plus the Logitech G27 wheel is probably the best value.
