    Default STILLEN Products

Hi Lads and Gents ... ( Who am I kidding?, no ladies in this forum )

I am interested in knowing your opinion regarding Stillen Products.

    - What products you buy from them?

    - Which services they offer you use or interested in using?

    - Why you chose their product/service?

In short, please share your opinion, or experience you had w/ their products, (as well as products that are not Stillen brand but sold by Stillen).
Also inform me about your car.

    Thanks in Advance!

My first car was a 300zx and I remember reading through the Stillen catalog as a teenager in awe at all of the parts and upgrade packages. That's where my experience with stillen begins and unfortunately ends. I used to follow Steve Millen and the Z he campaigned rather successfully as well. I'm sure they're alright if they've been around for this long.

    They pretty much suck.
Horrible business model based on the reputation of Steve's driving.

    Case in point?

I spent close to eight grand in upgrades and installation back in the 90s... and they returned the car to me with a bad master cylinder...

Then had the audacity to want to charge me another two hours later since "they weren't responsible for bad seals in a factory part".

I might understand charging for labor for a small job, but couldn't believe they wanted another $250 for it.
Especially since they tossed me the keys to a car that had no brake pedal in it.

Also. Glenn Nakata's experiences were well documented here.

I am not working there Emilio, I have a 2nd interview coming up with them and therefore trying to gain more information about them. I did every possible research online, besides this.

I recently graduated w/ Economics as a major along with finance minor. That said, I really don't want to work in the financial field, I want to be involved auto industry before I do a Auto industry related MBA back in Germany. Where I work today will matter a lot in next couple of years.

I answered your question in the most honest way. If I end up working for them, everyone in this forum will know about it. I promise you that.
