Default Spring Mountain Hotel - rob burgoon deal?

So where do you stay near the track for the "rob burgoon" cheap sleep? Really do not want to drive to Vegas each day for the SV event in May. Would like something that is close to the track and cheap.

There are 3 hotels in Pahrump, the Pahrump Nugget (the best), The Saddle West, and the Best Western. They fill up on the weekend and you should make a reservation early.

There are no Burgoon deals. He doesn't race in Nevada of have any sponsors there.

You could also stay at one of the legal brothels, but they are very expensive.

10).* LODGING: Speed Ventures has a limited number of hotel rooms reserved in Pahrump.* Most drivers are staying in Las Vegas.* The closest casino to Pahrump is the Silverton: www.silvertoncasino.com.

Does this mean the rooms are at the Silverton Casino?

    For those that are interested.

They have 100 octane that is sold at the pump at a REBEL gas station. The station is past Wal-Mart and will be on your left...

Already done. I just wanted to be sure isn't me and my poor reading comprehension. I thought a lawyer could explain it for me - or at least a sheriff.

I tried last month to get reservations at the 3 hotels in Pahrump for that weekend... all of them were already booked solid for at least on night of the weekend. It does pay to keep calling though... cancellations are common.

I asked to do that once. In the due diligence process they found out I am short on collateral.

What I've found out so far is that the Choir Boys - or something like that - biker gang will be in town and staying at the Best Western.

Still haven't heard back from SV.

Bikers or not, I like the best western. Staying in a casino kinda sucks if you don't like smoke.

Call them instead of booking on line, you have to ask for the speedventures room deal and sometimes they block them off that way and you can get a room.

    Good Luck.

I'm in although I'm not sure which is worse, smoke or noise. I guess with noise, I can wear earplugs.

Or you can commute 55 miles each way to Las Vegas. It's not so bad.
