Ed, you did a fast lap at AAA Speedway hanging with a very good looking C6, if I say so myself.

    Good for you.

Wow. This thread is about as far off track as you could get. Now C6 owners are posting lap times?

Thanks Tom! But were you guys running r-comps compared to my street tires?

Either way, we are all pathetic compared to Manly's 1:54 on street tires!!!

How did you even get the car rolling from a dead stop in 4th gear?

i don't need to come to a dead stop for a hotlap!

i was breaking in my new clutch, so i wanted to short shift smoothly and avoid high rpm clutch engagement, that's why i was only using 4th & 5th gear, when i exit the pit, i'm already on 4th gear!

Mark, your times at Streets are about the same on NT01, Ra1 and Federals. Are the Federals that sticky?

it was RA1/NT01 combo, not NT01 all around, and both track condition and weather make the car go faster

You didnt know? Federals are just R compounds to make the slow people think they are fast so they can come here and brag about using a no name R compound.

    Jk I am retarded hahaha

I heard a rumor, Trackhq's Ferderal spokesman will no longer be running Federal, due to no sponsorship. I heard he is going to Dunlop or Advan instead

i heard he never go ask sponsership, he needs to find out which tire is faster first!

They are very sticky, but like Jaku mentioned, track conditions matter too. I ran the RA1/NT01 combo in 100 degree summer heat vs. 50 degree when I ran the Federals.
