I find it hard to believe that a wicker bill is going to make the huge difference claimed on a car shaped like a giant dumpster even if probst said it.

Did it gain that 1.2 sec over the last track day or same day? That's pretty relevant. But I agree, most the turns at that track have 90+ mph entry speeds. Aero makes a big difference there.

On another note, I was disappointed to hear what Probst said about the tires. I've heard pretty great stuff about the Trefeo Rs. Not sure if he meant the tires got greasy after a few laps or if they actually cycle out that fast.

I believe it. I lost several seconds at WSIR by simply adding a wing. In a 119whp car. I wasn't expecting that.

Different days. Different conditions. It's not very scientific -- but it's fun.

Looks like the LT-1 will be a part of the 2016 package:

In just looking at the spy photos, to my eye, the car doesn't differentiate itself from the current car. Not enough, anyway.

I was hoping for something that showed more of an advancement from model to model. The new one just looks like an evolution. Unfortunately, it feels a bit underwhelming. I hope Chevrolet is hiding a lot of the newness.

    Too true.

    Warmed over adolescence, at best.
