It hard to understand how they got the in-car video exposure so wrong, but the audio is great and the video is still amply impressive.

So, that put it at 69/31 front to rear weight bias? Better than 70/30.

Yeah, stock I think the weight dist was 64/36%
I've managed to get the weight down to 2,325lbs (mostly bumpers and A/C, interior is intact). empty tank, no driver (measured on NASA's "tech" scales) from the U.S. DOT quoted weight of 2,510lbs. almost all of it from the front end!

Holy wheel spin! 64/36? Is it RWD? Are there any circumstances where it ever has traction?

I'm quoting this for posterity. It's an Audi. Quattro.

No quattro, FWD coupe, 2325lbs is not heavy! How many "modern" cars can claim their curb weight is less than 2500lbs or 2300lbs (besides an Elise)???

Now the quattros add about 350lbs for the rear drivetrain, it also improves the weight bias quite a bit.

My first car was a 1997 Nissan Sentra SE, manual 5 speed. It weighed about the same as my Miata (2,315 lbs), made as much power (115hp), seated 5, and got 40 mpg on the highway, up hill, carrying passengers against a head wind.
