    Default Nurburgring + SPA trip

First went to the Nurburgring. Got to ride in a Radical SR3 with Michel Vergers at the wheel. Also drove some fun cars.
Then went to SPA-Francorchamps. Yes, Eau Ruge is awesome.

    Some pics for your enjoyment:

Super photos! Really good stuff. If you drove it half as well as you "shot" it, you did real well!

    How crowded were the tracks?

I assume you rented most of these cars? If so, can you provide some details on the approximate costs and what cars you got to drive?

    Thanks.
Nurburgring is such a huge track that it never really feels crowded. I was there on sunday (maybe 5 mins waiting time to go through the gates), monday and tuesday were almost empty. It`s a lot more fun with some traffic.
SPA was a trackday organized by a UK company called Unique Trackdays. Maybe 40 cars total, no more than 15 at the same tame in the track, so yeah, not busy at all.

No, those were mostly privately owned.
The lap on the radical was 250 pounds (usd 400??)
I rented from a company called Rent Racecar. They have a page with all the cars they have and their prices:
Rent Race Car am Nürburgring bietet Rennwagen zum mieten und selber fahren auf der Nolapschleife an. Wir haben attraktive Spezialangebote unter der Woche und Sie können unsere Autos sowohl für Touristenfahrten als auch für Trackdays mieten. Modellpal
Best bang for the buck is the Toyota GT86, such a fun car. The Swift is nice to learn the track.

Those are some really nice photos. Nice angles, great use of a shallow depth of field, nice pan on the Ferrari, a learned eye and great composition. Well done. Next time you go, I'll mail you a bunch of TrackHQ.com stickers. Same goes for anyone planning such a trip.

    Thanks for posting the photos!

Thanks for the comments on the photos.
These were all taken using a very simple setup: 5d MkII + 50mm F1.8. It`s a light combo, ideal for trips. L lenses stayed at home, and I didn`t miss them.

Some say that, "he who dies with the most toys wins."

I couldn't agree less. The way I see it, "he who dies with the best memories wins."

You seem to be accumulating some real good points!
