I wasnt really into going fast until a while back when i got my first acura integra GSR, which a friend 'borrowed' and drove into a guardrail. When i replaced it with another GSR i spent all the extra insurance money to make the car a pretty lean machine. Id like to get more involved, i just need more money to do so. Trying to save for my 4th trip to europe for this summer right now.

heres a picture of my car, and then me.

    Good-looking car bro!

    Default TrackHQ Newbie

    Hi all,

I just joined this forum today. I used to track my Prelude back in 2002-2003, but got bored of FWD and stopped until I bought my S2000 this summer. I have only done two track events so far in the S2000, and I can't wait for more. Right now I'm sticking to Buttonwillow events only until I can get that track down. Looking forward to meeting some of you guys and gleaning what I can from your experience.

    Default It's About Time!

Hey everyone. My name's Sonny and I drive a 2004 Mazdaspeed Miata and a 1990 Mazda Miata (a future track rat). A few of you know me already either in person or through my videos. I've been lurking for way too long and it's about time I joined in. So, I'm finally saying "hello."

    [EDIT for adding pictures]

Very good, Clint. I'm prepping for Miata Challenge: Round 2 on Jan. 11th and have a few tweaks to do. Also, I just popped into SoW last Friday and it was a good test session, though I still have a stud/nut problem from the last trackday on Nov. 30th with my manifold where the turbo connects. Hopefully with the downtime for the next three weeks, it'll be settled.
Driving to the limit is my goal.

Nov 30, SoW CW: 1:26.923 (2 manifold studs backed out)
Dec 11, SoW CCW: 1:26.394 (2 manifold nuts fell off)

BTW, what is Blowpass on that course? All I know is that I had the Bowl in both.

Most groups run the Blowpass since it was built. It's the shorter way around Turn 4, and it's been there for at least a year-and-a-half now, maybe 2 years.
