    Default A New Cadillac ATS-V+

"...it would still be more powerful than the standard ATS-V's 464-hp, 445-lb-ft twin-turbo 3.6-liter V-6. It would also be lighter."

I wonder if the ATS-V with the LS7 will be lighter than the Gen VI Camaro?

Doh. Good thing the standard ATS-V isn't going anywhere.. Caddy needs to keep producing those 3.6L twin turbos so that they can become easily acquireable in a few years.

"To get on the V engineering team, you have to achieve a “Level 6” certification from GM, meaning you can only be tenths of a second off a pro driver’s pace around a track."

    Pretty impressive hurdle.

John Buttermore who was on that team won the SCCA Runoffs in T1 in 2012 in his Corvette. He helped design the CTS-V. Not only is he a fast good driver, but he is very smart, too.

Maybe the V team can work some OT hours and help out the Z06 team...
