    Default Let's Get Ugly!

Probably concept cars shouldn't count, but it's been awhile since we looked at really ugly cars:

Looks a bit like the Hyundai Veloster.

Nissan has the monopoly on ugly in the last few years. As proof, I give you the Juke . . .

I like the looks well enough. Not as-is, mind you, but after it goes through a committee they'll tone down the things I don't like, but I bet those ugly black A pillars will remain. Unfortunately, I have zero interest in a zero emissions sports car. Knowing Nissan, it'll be heavy and boring anyway.

It's actually reminiscent of the rx8. Hard to get a real read on it with the distortion from the wide angle lens.

I think you're right based on earlier press releases. It's one thing to have a FWD hatchback but no way would I get something so impractical in FWD.

A car that looks like that has to perform impressively. If it drives great, the looks would grow on me. If it doesnt it will look stupid. So... it will look stupid.

    Default ESFLOW electric

    It's a rwd electric.

    Double Motor, Rear-wheel Drive Powertrain
ESFLOW gets enough torque to reach 62 miles per hour in under 5 seconds. This massive power comes from twin electric motors, strategically located just behind the seats—above the rear axis—for maximum performance. These two motors independently control the left and right wheels, ensuring outstanding vehicle stability and control, plus efficient power regeneration. ..same lithium-ion battery packs used in the Nissan LEAF®. In ESFLOW, the packs are located along the axis of the front and rear wheels, centralizing the car’s mass. These cleverly positioned batteries enable the car to travel over 150 miles on a single charge.

Someone went to town with the ugly stick...
It looks like someone designed the top third of a sporty coupe and put it together with the bottom two thirds of the next generation Juke.
This is 'not a good thing'.
