I need to get back to doing cardio and eating better.

    28 yo / Asian / 5'3" / 140 lbs.

Would like to know my weight down to 123 lbs.

About two weeks ago I went to UC for acute gastritis. Never felt that kind of pain before that didn't go away right away. Got kind of worried. This is making me look at my health more. That and I suffer from gout arthritis so it REALLY counts to watch what I eat.

Paying off those small medical bills, going to find a primary care doc to get a physical done and look into some minor back problems. Also going to look into getting my vision and teeth checked too.

I'm 5'3", 30 years old. I feel like my ideal weight, with lean muscle, is 115, but I'm not too sure. I'm around 125 right now-- I'm a skinnyfat. It just occurred to me the other day that I am supremely out of shape after I noticed only two flights of stairs made my breathing heavier. I am very strongly considering getting a membership at a gym so that I can take up swimming, and re-exploring my fondness for raquet ball. I used to ride my bike to work. I stopped for a while, and I was about to begin again before a car hit me on my motorcycle. I'm waiting for the pain in my hip to go away 100% before resuming.

I'm saying all of this so that it's out there in a public forum. Now I have to make good on my plans to stop playing video games.

6', 167#, 41 y.o. Litany of knee injuries, broken bones, concussions, etc.

I am adding muscle and a bit of endurance.

If I can drop the weight and keep it off, you can too. Honestly.

    Here I am in '04, probably 250-260#:

First pic is me winded looking for a donut. Second pic is me standing in Thai-hot weather of August in NC.

The second pic, I an tell my weight by the clothing. Those shorts wouldn't stay at my waist as I am right now. The good negative to the weight loss and muscle was having to buy new clothes every 8 weeks because the previous articles became way too big. Not a photoshop either. I have unusually long arms. My span in 74" but I am only 72" tall. Inseam of 30-32. Helped me a lot playing defense in hockey, and later when I swam competitively after too many injuries.
