Im worried it might suck without andy wilman. But those three can probably do just fine with no script and no censorship.

That's cause for celebration right there. Might be the best thing that happened to new top gear in the last 5 years.

I'm ready for these to pull off the training wheels of having to be politically correct for the BBC and public TV. Excited!!!

    W. Chump & Sons, Limited is the production company. I'm trying to figure out if there's a message to decode in that name.

That's what I'm thinking. Gloves can be left off if its a cable show. Amazon is run by some smart folks. My guess is they'll say, "Here's a check with a lot of zeros. Make a kick ass TV show and have some cars in it"
TG was already nuts. Might go to 11 now.

I seem to remember Seasons 4 thru 8 or 9 being the best for me. That's when they were on their A-game and getting more and more popular by the episode. After that they seemed to reach a level where they couldn't get away with as many things due to the 350 Million+ viewers that would complain every time somebody got made fun of. Hoping they can get back to the creative, hilarious shows of years past.

Looks like the BBC shot itself in the foot by firing Clarkson . . .
The deposed former Sheriff of trackHQ . . .

    2006 Porsche 997 Carerra Coupe 6-MT - daily driver
1992 Honda (Acura) NSX 5-MT - classic investment I couldn't resist and occasionally drive
    2004 Honda S2000 AP2 6-MT - track day car
2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR 6-MT - when I need a backseat, 4-doors, or a real trunk, and still want to haul ass . . .

Clarkson: There is a slope on the bridge.
May: It looks strait to me.
Hammond: Don't be ridiculous, bridges do not have a sexual orientation.

My hope in mankind has been restored. XY Chromosomes allowed to do man things. Maybe this is rebirth of a new beginning.

I think part of the appeal was the thin line they had to walk. Will it really be as exciting if they aren't forced to enter censorship grey areas? That bridge reference would have never existed. I'm trying to remain optimistic without getting my hopes too high.

I think that was mostly an illusion. They can continue to invoke that illusion by referencing Amazon censors that do not exist.

How many times do you need to see Jeremy doing burnout in a 800hp super car with a topless girl in the passenger seat?
