    Default FS: 2011 F1 roller

Not mine. Saw it posted on another forum. Drop a boosted K20A2 into it, or maybe one of those V8 Hayabusa based engines.

    Would daily.

"I am look at either selling or trading my authentic 2011 Lotus T128 show car with a 2013 Caterham body.

Feel free to email me with any questions or trade offers.

This vehicle does not have an engine."

Aside from their cost I never understood why people race them.
But obviously I just dont get it. -fatbillybob

I think he means, "2013 Caterham Livery ". @013 Caterham has a stepped nose. I'm wondering if it's capable of being tracked? I wonder if those parts can stand the stresses of lapping?

Great purchase price but it would be extremely difficult to get replacement parts. Everything is custome made. A buddy of mine has a Ferrari F1 car and he spends about a half million dollars a year keeping it going. Ferrari has a program that produces any Ferrari part needed so he can get any parts needed.... With this car I am sure you would be entirely on your own.

I guess if you can afford $75,000 for an old F1 roller, what's another $35k for an engine, right?

Not to mention the 3 to five person crew required to run an F1 car....

If I'm gonna be crazy enough to run an old F1 car, it's gonna be something vintage. If I'm going to kill myself, I plan to do it in style.
