Default Drifting with Vaughn Gittin Jr in Japan

Formula D Champ Vaughn Gittin Jr. brings the 2010 Ford Mustang to hit different drift tracks in Japan for the filming of Option videos. Makes me REALLY jealous

Ebisu Circuit contains 9 drift tracks is no doubt every drifter's dream !!!!
Its always fun to see American muscle car and the Jap drift machines doing group tandem drift, its definitely a new scene.

    Charles,

Do you think practicing drifting will improve your track time?

It depends on many things. If you get good at it and know what and how to apply in road racing, then yes. If you pick up bad habit from drifting and do not know how to apply the techniques back to road racing, then no.

IMO, if you are really good at drifting, you can push any car you drive for the first time over the limit on your first lap out, 2nd lap you back off a little, and by your 3rd lap, you should be driving right at the limit of the car. I think that's the benefit of learning how to drift. It depends tho, some ppl may not agree and I am not here to start a discussion about it

And drifting is fun, so why not?
