Default DIY 2.0 cool suit box for the lazies......don't get any simpler than this

    This is for lazy people

    step 1:
order an used Polar Care 500 from Ebay. about $65-$90 shipped.
this link is for the product
Polar Care Glacier | Breg Inc.

    step 2:
order a 12V adapter on Amazon or Ebay
    https://www.amazon.com/Super-Power-S...r+care+500+12v

done. off the shelf cool suit (at least common brands like Coolshirt) will plug right in.

    Pro:
    cheap, for under $100
    it has a thermometer
it has a dial for flow. But I left it at max.
tubes are well insulated and is long enough to run from passenger side to driver's left side.

    con:
flow is less than version 1. so not as cold as version 1. but this means it lasts longer
capacity is less than version 1. it is equivalent to commercially available cool suit box
tube won't be long enough if you run from trunk. tube is 6 feet long (but you need to subtract 6" that sits inside the cooler)
there are a couple of very small gaps when tubes enters the cooler, you need to stick 2 pc of foam to prevent leak.

Wow, seeing this makes you wonder why cool suit systems are so expensive.
