(Umm...who's the cutie on the right?? )

Billy Johnson (No. 18 Motorsport Technology Group Porsche 997; GS race co-winner): "I have a great crew, everyone at the team built a great car and it was handling great. Every laps they were telling me exactly what Andy was doing. I was trying to match that. As the laps went down, they were telling me how many laps were remaining and how much he was catching me by. I was trying to keep it at the minimum margin, and it turned out that way. I can't thank Motorsports Technology Group enough and all of their sponsors, Eukanuba, Morris Animal Foundation, Pendragon. Peter did an excellent job, and I can't ask more from a co-driver. I also have to thank all the fans for coming out and supporting the ‘dog car.' Yesterday's race was awesome, and I've got to congratulate my old team, Compass360, and I'm proud of them and Motorsports Technology Group."
    to Billy!!!

And why is Billy hugging a dog after his victory, instead of the cutie?

When I grow up I want to be just like Billy Johnson!!!

Congrats Billy, great driving. I too look forward to seeing in on Speed. My son Kristjan will be watching it with admiration, too.

PS. How did Andrew Aquilante do. I think he was racing a C6 Corvette in Koni ST. I heard he was on pole.

Why was Auberlen so far back? Shouldn't he have been running further up front?

They were on pole, but had an engine problem early in the race.

Well, that's the "Official" story. I say they were slow because Auberlen couldn't stop looking at himself in the rearview mirror.
