    I would make a race car out of it but it is too far and not worth enough to me to make the drive to see it at the price it is already at. If any professional wanted it and saw value there they would have bought it long ago and we low hanging fruit would never have a chance at it. The mere fact that we have a crack at it means someone is looking for a sucker. I see the price direction Homey don't play that.
