Gordon said S will only do 5 corners before power cuts......so Tesla is definitely not track ready.

I don't normally hate on people but, damn, I hate this guy and his review. It's an overweight, turboed vette with 2 extra doors vs a tuned v6 camry with a body kit. both awesome track cars

HAHA it's Lieberman the LeMons guy. All those cars seem like fat pigs on the track.

    +1 on C63.

My E36 M3 has been fine on tracks stock and I see a lot of E9X M3's tracking without problems. The E46 seems to struggle the most in that regard.

How about a stock RX8? I'd put money on it.
A guy I was in HPDE 3 with had a minimally modified RX-8 that seemed to hold up well.

There were also a PT Cruiser and a Dodge Magnum but I don't think either were particularly fast.

My 04 Accord Sedan (with RBF600 and Hawk pads, lol) held up fine for the entire 20min session at BRP without a hiccup.
But it was pretty slow (did 2:20 with all seasons and my ****ty driving) so I don't think it really counts..

E36 M3 seems to be pretty darn reliable though.

I've tracked my BMW 135i at Thunderhill and Sonoma with absolutely zero issues. The car is bone stock aside from ATE super blue DOT 4 brake fluid and Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Spec tires. Even the stock brake pads are holding up well.

Having said that, I'm done tracking this car. Not worth the risk, IMHO. But it was fun.

Not if one drive's fast enough. One of our SCCA racers (also races NASCAR Nationwide) was giving fast rides for a corporate event in his EVO9 and it was good for a few laps before he came in the pits with deep cherry brembo calipers, smoke coming off the brake pads, and smelling like a semi coming off the grapevine. Needless to say he needed to take it down a notch.

Has run over 400 laps at VIR and took me from Raleigh, NC to New Jersey to run around NJMP Thunderbolt for a day then back home and all without a problem.

Fun backup track toy for when my Miata is out of commission.

Was cracking up at Mr bear the entire time. Looks like fun!

I swear that second video was made via claymation though. For some reason it kept screwing with my eyes. I was like "wtf" the whole time....still not sure if that was real.
    Do you understand?

Youtube auto fix for stabilization made it worse. Trying to see if I can fix it.
