    Default BMW shops in Socal

Im asking for a friend who has a BMW. He lives in the Socal area and is looking for some BMW shops. Im not sure how far hes willing to drive, but im guessing as long as its not in Norcal he will consider it. If its a delicate subject feel free to shoot me a PM.

Thanks guys and happy new year!

If your friend is in the Anaheim hills area try Windigo Home Page Windigo Independent BMW Service I take my car there. Or you can try Bullet performance Home - Bullet Motor Works in Costa Mesa.

I've tried Ronin they are ok.

I work at Avus Autosport which works on BMW's exclusively. We are located in Glendale, and if your friend has any questions or concerns he can contact me at 818-500-7663. We don't do much race prep, but I have techs here that built BMW Club racers that went 2 year undefeated as well as World Challenge Cars.

    Bullet Motorworks in Costa Mesa.

If he's on a budget, Turbo Ted's, also in Costa Mesa.

I can also vouch for the guys at Superformance In West LA. I used to sell them tires about 25 years ago. Great guys running it. I forget the names though. If it is still under the same ownership, it's where I would take a BMW on the west side.

Aside from their cost I never understood why people race them.
But obviously I just dont get it. -fatbillybob

It's still run by Johnnie from South Africa and his partner whose name I can't remember. I used to take my BMWs there from about 1990 to 2003.

I can recommend John Norris highly as very knowledgeable, an all around good guy, a great racer who know his car set-up and specifically BMW mechanicals.
