Default Big Ed Beckley to jump the Snake River Canyon

This will be fun to watch, like a snuff film with a motorcycle.

Big Ed to Jump Snake River Canyon

Curt Winter, the builder of my current jump bike, will build the bike for this jump. First he will start out with a Nitro-burning Harley V Twin engine and then he will construct a one-of-a-kind drag-bike looking machine with a huge pocket in the frame right behind the motor for me to sit in as I straddle the bike and put my feet on the rear axle. I will be laying down out of the wind and that will do close to 200mph on the road heading to the jump ramp. As the bike gets speed I will be ready to kick in the rockets as it comes to the edge of the jump ramp. With the bike is still accelerating using the 300 hp I will kick in the rockets and go from 200-plus to just over 300 mph as the bike and I arch high in the sky. The rocket will burn for 3 seconds and propel me across the canyon to the other side . . . after that it will be party time!

You need to go out there, and you need to rev your engine. You need to fire it up. You need to grab ahold of that line between speed and chaos, and you need to wrestle it to the ground like a demon cobra. And then, when the fear rises up in your belly, you use it. And you know that fear is powerful, because it has been there for billions of years! And it is good! And you use it! And you ride it; you ride it like a skeleton horse through the gates of hell..

The interesting part is that his description goes from midair to party time, with no apparent thought for the landing. Which is kind of important.

If someone produced a cable TV reality show about this guys daily life leading up to the big yump, I'd watch it at least once.

What? You think he's going to land it?
It's kind of like the South Park gnomes bissness plan
    1st step: Get Bike
    2nd step: Jump it
    3rd step:??
That's not a Typo, I just can't spell no so well.

If you read the title quickly, you get "Ed Begley Jr. to jump the Snake River." Which is all kinds of awesome. His Prius wound up all the way, windows sealed to keep in the farts and maximize distance. Win-win regardless of outcome.
