I really wanted to like this car, but it looks so much like the Gen V.

Personally I like this much more than the Gen V. The front of the car always looked alright, but the back tail lights didn't work for me. My brother has a Gen V 1LE and it is stupid fast out of the box with the magnetic shocks. I could never own one though, the side windows make the car awful to drive IMO.

Still no curb weight listed among the specs.

The Camaro's styling has grown on me, but every time I get one from Hertz as a rental, I am reminded that you could stash the Titanic in the blind spot. I imagine you eventually get used to (resigned to?) it, but I'm more paranoid about driving the Camaro than I am merging onto the Autobahn in a 1.1 liter Corolla.

Understood. 63 bhp, 84 mph - take the "B" roads. They are far more picturesque anyway.

    TOYOTA COROLLA KE10, 15,16. 1.1 Litre Engine 1966 - 1969

    But, they can suit some:
